During the last 7 years, I have played an instrumental part in the significant growth and development of a Top 25 UK insurance broker. This account is worth over £100m and has over 30 sites and 300 staff.

Managing a team of 25 people across three branches, business growth was a priority. During my time, we had the best sales year still to this date!

By 21 years old, I was responsible for the marketing activity of a global training company. I created an international e-commerce site for the sales of e-learning (on CD’s back in the day!) and managed an international team of sales and marketing professionals.

I provided onsite, online and consultancy training worldwide and facilitated the accredited training to over
30,000 people!

It was a privilege to manage the Ministry of Defence account in Oman for three years, running several onsite accredited classroom courses in English and Arabic for senior military personnel.
To this day many of the staff keep in touch.

Travelling has always been a passion and I was very fortune to travel around the Middle East, Europe, America and Australia with this role.

Global Responsibilities

At just 19, I was marketing and selling clinical trial packaging to global pharmaceutical companies nationwide. This had a huge positive impact on the business, increasing its sales by 50% over a 12-month period.

I’m a qualified, experienced  dynamic sales and marketing professional with an extensive background in working with successful businesses. 

I love a challenge and am passionate about working with ambitious business owners who are on an exciting growth journey but just need a bit of help getting there.

ABOUT CLAIRE

I’ve always dreamt of having my own business. Working to my own schedule, partnering with clients I vibe with and on projects that align with my morals and passions. After the sudden passing of my sister, I realised
I HAVE to live for today… tomorrow is not guaranteed.

I took some time to dig deep about what I really want in life and started making some changes. I wanted to work on MY terms, to earn MY money, to have a better work life balance and be able to spend more time with the most important people in my life, my family.

In February 2020, I took that leap and Evolve Together was born.

When creating my brand, I incorporated the shell logo as a nod to my sister (Michelle). And now, every day when
 I see it, I know she’s with me, supporting me every step of the way.

With my wealth of knowledge in sales and marketing, combined with my passion for helping people, and fuelled by my loving sister’s tragic passing, I poured my absolute everything into supporting SME’s. I could instantly see the difference I was making to these businesses’ brand awareness and bottom line.

And I bloody loved it!

After 2 successful years with Evolve Together, I, with the help of two incredible businesswomen, created a space where female entrepreneurs can share their experiences, connect, network, learn and support each other’s businesses and grow together.

I’m proud to say The Leading Ladies Society was founded on International Women’s Day 2022.

And now, over 40 strong, vibrant women have access to a supportive, private Facebook group, a comprehensive online membership platform, inspiring masterclasses and monthly in-person events in Nantwich, Frodsham
and Warrington!

I’m wholeheartedly committed to helping women:
